How do I get started with Showya?

Choose a plan and make your payment online. Then send us your menu, food pictures and business details, and we'll guide you through everything on WhatsApp. Our team sets up your digital menu, and you get your website link and QR code to share with customers.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Monthly plans are billed every month. Yearly plans are billed once a year and give you the equivalent of two months free. You get the same features either way. When Pro launches, annual Pro subscribers will also get a free first-year .com.ng domain.

Are there any setup fees or commissions?

No. There are no setup fees, and Showya takes no commission on your food sales. You only pay for your plan.

Do I get my own website link?

Yes. Every plan includes a free Showya-branded subdomain, such as restaurant.showya.shop. On Grow and Pro you can also connect a custom domain you already own.

Which plans include a free domain?

Only annual Pro subscriptions include a free .com.ng domain for the first year, subject to availability and registration terms. Renewals after the first year are paid by you. Pro is coming soon, and Launch and Grow don't include free domain registration.

How do customers place orders?

Customers browse your menu on their phone and send their order to you on WhatsApp. Grow and Pro add a shopping cart, order summary, pickup and delivery options, and an order management dashboard.

How do online payments work on Pro?

Pro is coming soon. With Pro you'll connect your own supported payment provider, so customer payments go directly into your business account. Showya never collects or holds your sales.

How many menu items can I add?

Launch includes up to 30 active menu items, Grow up to 100 and Pro up to 300. You can add, edit and update prices and availability at any time.
